Goodspace Eastgardens, at 96a Denison St near Westfield Eastgardens, was designed the other way around: a warehouse with amenities in Sydney's east, where the building takes care of the day so the workspace can take care of the work.

Behind the front-of-house sits a dedicated rear building: twenty brand-new industrial warehouses across three levels, from 42.6m² to 207.3m², with roller-door loading, kitchenettes, bathrooms and 24/7 access. Why amenities change the workday
A team that can train downstairs, shower, and be at the bench by nine doesn't lose its mornings to logistics. A courier signature, a client coffee and a proper lunch all happen at one address — which is the quiet difference between a space you lease and a place people actually want to turn up to. From October, two levels of coworking and serviced offices open at the front of the same building, so a desk for the admin side of the business can share an address with the operational side.
