We have a small team who still WFH and needed to find a ‘goodspace’ for them to get excited about and engage them to return to a hub a few days a week. We needed flexibility and affordability and didn’t want to go down the lease path. It’s a 2 minute walk from the station with all the features of a city co-working space, but a lot cooler. They even have a walking track behind the building and provide umbrellas if it rains.
