The doors at Goodspace Eastgardens are already open. Downstairs is trading, Anytime Fitness has settled in as our anchor on Level 1, and the café is in its final fit-out, on track to open in early July. Head up a level, though, and you will find the part we are most excited about: two upper floors of premium co-working and serviced offices, being built right now. We thought it was worth pulling back the hoarding to show you where things are at, and why Eastgardens is so much more than a co-working floor. THE WALLS ARE GETTING THEIR PERSONALITY
If you have followed the build, you will have seen the colour going up. Our murals at Eastgardens are hand-painted by Studio Nicetime, drawn from the brand palette: warm tones like Half Milk Punch and Soiree set against cooler Deep Teal and Gulf Stream. Brush texture left visible, shapes responding to the space as the artists work. The same care is going into the smaller details, right down to the end- of-trip facilities and the wayfinding signage. The personality lives in the building, so the work you do inside it can simply get on with the job.
WHO EASTGARDENS IS BUILT FOR
What makes Eastgardens different is the mix, all held in one building. Under the same roof you have a national fitness anchor, furniture warehousing, a mobility gym, a half-court for a quick reset, car hobbyists, builders, roofers, and soon, growing teams on the upper floors.
